Hi. My name is Zvezdana.
I have been a personal trainer for the last four years and I am deeply passionate about fitness, wellness and nutrition. My hope is that with this blog, I have the opportunity to share that and positively influence the lives of millions more people than I do simply by working one-on-one with people in the gym.
What I want to share with you are training strategies, motivation, sound nutrition and dieting information, as well as philosophies and ways of thinking that can help you be the best you can be, inside and out.
Strong bodies equal strong minds.
My training philosophy revolves around strength - I absolutely believe that everyone needs to strength train and that the development of strength will help you in every aspect of life, athletically or otherwise. Many of my blogs will be focused on lifting and why its the best thing ever, point blank. And trying to get as many women on the bandwagon as possible – women, there are few things you can do that will improve your health and your physique as much as throwing around some iron 2+ per week. You aren’t going to get “bulky”… you’re going to get healthy and hot! I promise.
